The often elusive space with magical qualities

A place where I can connect with the magical space inside

A place where I can connect with the magical space inside

Where is the space for peace? Who knows?

It’s there inside, but who looks there?

The broken soul searching for something much more,

desperately needing a safe haven,

a port in a storm.

A place to strip down to bare bones and feel safe,

to take a long look without fear of judgment and ridicule.

                           Shapes form and change

                          Shapes form and change

It’s there inside. It can be found, though sometimes help is needed,

a guiding heart and hand, a spiritual presence.

Once found and often revisited,

It becomes the most wonderful short break for the soul.

The space for peace,

The safe haven for a little boat in the raging storm.

A peaceful space where the wisest and strongest voice originates.

A transitional space, a liminal space,

A peaceful space where the wisest and strongest voice originates.

A transitional space, a liminal space,

                                 The 'selves' at play

                              The 'selves' at play

A place and space to be playful,

To reflect and be reflexive, to create.

A space where new creations are made

between things that can only ever be lightly known

and emerging realities only ever temporal in nature.

This space is not always easy to inhabit.

It can be a muddy, murky and turbulent place,

Betwixt and Between.

We cannot go back, we know not what is to come.

There is no backwards, forwards, or sideways.

A place for the soul to wonder and wander free.

A place for the soul to wonder and wander free.

But, there is no judgment.

Whatever happens is OK!

At last there is no failure.

There is no best practice to follow.

Wonderful new creations and repetitive old patterns dance.

Hooray!
